Our Federation has launched this project to help ensure that disabled civil servants and candidates are appointed to positions commensurate with their grades and to create a barrier-free future in their careers.
Objectives of the project:
· To ensure the employment of disabled civil servant candidates in positions and titles commensurate with their level of education,
· Increase the motivation of disabled people working in the public sector by solving the problems of employing disabled people,
· Developing awareness of the rights of people with disabilities and sensitising society.
Activities:
· Visits to NGOs to discuss problems and inform about the campaign,
· Sending letters to members of parliament,
· Launching a campaign on Change.org,
· Meetings with leading representatives of political parties with parliamentary groups and MPs with disabilities,
· Meetings, visits, lobbying activities.
Expected results:
· Arrangements for the employment of disabled civil servant candidates in public bodies in the areas for which they are responsible,
· Determination of posts to be filled under the EKPSS according to graduation status,
· Increasing the morale and motivation of disabled civil servants working in the public sector,
· Increasing the productivity of disabled civil servants by working more efficiently.
